Owner: Forrest Lewton

Growing up in Southwestern Montana, Forrest has hunted Montana since childhood. Forrest graduated from Azusa Pacific University with his Masters in Business in 2011 and started Montana Trophy Outfitters in 2017. With MTO he combined his passions of hunting and business. Hunting has been a part of his life since he was born. Having a father that was a taxidermist and a well known sheep hunter started his curiosity of hunting from a young age. When he is not running the outfit in the Fall, he is managing and selling hunting properties throughout the West. He is married to Renee and is blessed with three children, Zealand, Finn and Aspen.

Head Guide Central Montana: Cody Martinez

Cody heads up the guiding at our Central Montana location and conducts the hunts on the private ranches there. He prides himself in archery hunting elk and has guided and hunted with his bow since he was young. He has been guiding for over 18 years. He grew up in Central Montana and runs an antler buying and gutter company in the off season. Cody is married to Savannah and has three children Zurry, Carver, and Ridge. He loves watching his family compete in sports, coyote hunting and walleye fishing.

Lucas Bode

Lucas resides in Idaho and has a passion for hunting that has lead him to pursue guiding. He enjoys helping others pursue there dreams of hunting out West. Lucas has also guided in the Colorado backcountry and enjoys the backcountry of Idaho himself when he isn't guiding. Lucas guides in our general area in Southwest Montana for both Archery and Rifle. Lucas is married to Olivia and has a daughter Evelyn.

Daniel Kaiser

Dan resides in Utah and has immersed himself in the guiding world and has guided throughout the Northwest. We are excited to have him as a full time guide for archery and rifle in our Southwest general camp. Dan owns Krackd out Attractants and enjoys chasing the big bulls out his backdoor in Southern Utah with a camera. Dan is married to his wife Whitney and has a daughter Amelia. If you hunt with Dan you will find that he is methodical and deadly!

Will Glover

Will lives and breathes the ranching life and lives on the main ranch we hunt in Central Montana. His knowledge of the country is hard to beat as he spends 365 days a year on it. Working the cows, shed hunting, running cameras are all common activities for Will. Will loves being outside and exploring, riding his motorcycle and enjoying what nature has to offer. Will loves spending time with his wife Mindy and son Henry. Playing with him and getting him ready to take over the ranch when he gets older!

Gary Lindauer

Gary Lindauer lives locally in the valley and has spent years getting to know the grounds we hunt in Southwestern Montana. He has been involved in the local ranch community and understand how the animals like to move throughout the properties we lease there. He works hard for every client and has a great personality that keeps the hunt fun. He owns his own concrete company and enjoys spending time with his wife Sam and their pups. They can be found out riding horses, snowmobiling, fishing in the off season.

Jason Good

Jason grew up in Montana and spends a majority of the year chasing critters in the mountains. Jason is an avid houndsman and does all MTO's lion hunts. He also helps throughout the elk and deer seasons. If Jason is not hunting or guiding he is trapping. He runs his family wireless internet business throughout the year. He is married to his wife Kena and has two young girls Kena and Payton

Auna Jones

Auna is MTO's official secretary and keeps the MTO paper work inline! Keeping things going in the office keeps us going in the field. Auna enjoys time with her family in Casper Wyoming and is involved in her local church.
